His name is Collins Kemeseiyefa Zige. He graduated from the Department of Mass Communication, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) in 2013. He has just been appointed Senior Special Assistant to Bayelsa State Governor, Hon. Seriake Dickson.
