Gbegiri soup is popular among the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria. This special delicacy is made from peeled cooked bean. This beans soup is commonly served at restaurants also known as Buka. Gbegiri or abula as often called is served with ewedu and buka stew. It is one sumptuous meal anyone will enjoy any day.
I travelled to Osogbo the Osun State capital for a festival and decided to taste Gbegiri soup mixed with Ewedu and combined with Amala for the first time. The delicacy was so fantastic that I went back to eat it for two straight days before leaving the city. If you watch this video you will look for where they sell this particular delicacy and eat it without wasting time.
