A young woman with her chest covered in glitter repeatedly punched a man on New Year’s Eve Music festival for touching her inappropriately.This incident which was recorded has gone viral.

The video shows the moment a topless woman attacked a man for allegedly groping her at a New Year’s Eve music festival.

The woman, who has covered her chest with glitter, can be seen walking through a field with her pal at the Rhythm & Vines festival in Gisbourne, New Zealand.

Many people appear to be watching a music act as the pair walk past.

One man notices the topless woman, and runs out of the crowd behind her, apparently touching her before heading back to his group of friends.

The clip, filmed by Gianne Reece and uploaded on Facebook, shows the two women turn around to confront the man, before following him back to his seat on the grass.

As the man, wearing a blue shirt and a sunhat, cowers, the topless woman begins punching him repeatedly, while her pal throws her drink in his face.

Onlookers watch the shocking scene, with woman’s voice crying out ‘Oh my, God,’ before the pair turn and walk away.

Neither the man, nor the two women have been identified since the video has been shared online.

The Rhythm and Vines festival in New Zealand boasts of being the ‘first place in the world to welcome the first sunrise of the New Year’.

Every December, around 30,000 revellers descend on the Waiohika Estate vineyard for three days of partying.

This year, the line-up featured Mura Masa, Schoolboy Q, Giggs and parody act-turned grime artist, Big Shaq.
