Unfortunate! Boy Steals Laptop from Hotel Less than 24 Hours After Employment

The kindness shown by management of a hotel in Lagos to a 29-year-old boy ended up backfiring as the newly employed boy made away with two laptops belonging to the hotel less than 24 hours after his employment.

Reports have it that the boy who was arrested for stealing the laptops had visited the hotel in the early hours of Friday 23rd of June in a bid to seek for employment. After serious plead, the management of the hotel employed him on the spot.

Later in the night when the new employee and some other staffs had already close from work, two laptops were reported missing. Investigation revealed that the newly employed staff had made away with the company’s properties. While reacting to the ugly incident, the manager said;
“The man came to seek for a job In hotel and just after the night when we have closed, He went away with the two laptops”. Meanwhile, the alleged thief was arrested by the hotel police guards opposite white sand stadium, iderailu and later handed over to the police custody.

    Giving job to a notorious thief like that can never make him change , because it’s in his blood already to steal anything he set eyes on. But Can still need prayer because, I believe it might not be ordinary.

    Before employing someone. They should be able to do thorough investigation about the person, to avoid bad news like this. Background checkup is required
