The School of Post Graduate Studies (SPGS), Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), Thursday, August 3, kicked off a two-day workshop on research methodology. The aim of the workshop is to equip students with emerging trends in research writing. The conference held at the Igbariam campus of the institution featured the scholars from Universities across the country who presented papers in various areas of research.
Dean of SPGS, Professor O. Obikeze spearheaded the event as part of his plans to take post graduate studies in the university to a higher level.
The event was massively attended by post graduate students of the institution.

This is wonderful. To enable the students to improve more on research work, and not in other way round
I still insist that research has not been given the kind of attention it deserves. I suggest that research should be included in the curriculum from year 1 to 3 hundred. this will encourage better performance. research is more than a days show of this nature without solid background.
