Chaichana Sirichart and his girlfriend, Kuldara Yeesaman
A man brutally attacked and tortured his terrified girlfriend while filming it on Facebook Live, Metro UK reports.
Chaichana Sirichat left Kuldara Yeesaman covered in blood and with a badly swollen face.
The footage showed him battering her and threatening to kill her while asking who her ‘secret boyfriend’ is.
Police in Bangkok, Thailand, were alerted to the footage and raced to the 25-year-old’s apartment.
After a tense stand-off, they burst in and arrested Sirichat.

Meanwhile, Kuldara was taken to hospital with severe cuts and bruises to her face, body and hands as well as suspected fractures.
Sirichat, who ran the firm Global FX Investment, is said to have blamed the ‘stress of financial trading’ and mounting debts for a drink and drug-fuelled spiral. Police General Wirachai Songmatta said Sirichat could not initially be properly questioned as he had amphetamines in his body.
Songmatta said: ‘The suspect is in custody and the preliminary investigations have begun.
‘Police cannot interrogate Mr Sirichart because the substance in his body is found to contain amphetamine and he is still under the influence of drugs.
‘He was crying and we are waiting for the effects of the drug to subside before interviewing him again.’
Sirichat could be charged with assault by injuring another person, imprisonment, broadcasting pictures that would cause distress to another person and being under the influence of drugs.
