A Kenyan Actress has expressed shock after she found out that her househelp frequently breastfed her son to make him stop crying.
The actress, Jacqueline Nyamide, popularly known as Wilbroda, said the househelp first breastfed the kid when he was eight-months old.
She said she got a tip off from neighbours when she travelled to Mombasa, that the househelp was breastfeeding the child to stop him from crying.
According to Wibroda, “When my son was about eight months old, I had to travel to Mombasa on a work assignment so I left him in the care of a nanny whom I had trusted so much. While in Mombasa, I received an anonymous call and was informed that my house help breastfed my son whenever he cried.”
Wibroda further said she became traumatized, took a flight back home the next day and took the baby to the hospital for test and other medical examinations.
She said she fired the nanny the next day.
