This is a viral video showing the moment sacked Imo civil servants knelt down to beg Governor Emeka Ihedioha to re-instate them.
There was a disruption in the Concord Hotel, Owerri, Imo state on Thursday, August 22, when some sacked civil servants visited the state governor at the Government House to plead for reinstatement.
Recall that the governor investigated several cases of illegal employment in the Imo state Civil service earlier this year which led to sacking a lot of Imo state civil servants.
The Civil servants were seen at the government house pleading with Governor with tears in their eyes, wailing loudly and pleading for mercy.
Few moments later, the governor with his convoy bound out.
The governor opened his car door and had a few conversation with his Aides after which he left the area.
