Popular Nigerian Model and Reality TV star, Chika Lann, has caused a stir as she appeared in the popular Balogun market, Lagos showcasing her N40 million hairstyle as she encouraged people to get their Permanent Voters Card (PVC).

Lann who had gone viral online after she announced that her hairstyle cost a whopping N40 million told people during the campaign that the only way to get their voices heard was to get their PVC.
