Nigerian doctor replaces consultation fee with PVCs in his hospital (Video)

The sensitization of Nigerians to participate in the next election by getting their Permanent Voters’ Card (PVC) has been taken to another level by a medical doctor.

A Nigerian doctor, Prof Dr Kingsley Obioha, has announced that in place of consultation fees to be paid in his hospital, patients will now be required to present their permanent voters’ card PVC.

A Video of the doctor announcing this to his patients was shared online this morning.
