NANS Commends Buhari For Signing “Not Too Young To Run” Bill

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), has commended President Muhammadu Buhari for signing the “Not Too Young To Run” Bill into law.

This commendation was made known in a statement signed by NANS Senate President, Taiwo Bamigbade, and issued in Abuja on Friday, June 1.

President Buhari had signed the bill on Thursday, May 31.

The students said in the statement that President Buhari had rekindled the hopes of millions of Nigerian youth who now know they would no longer be spectators in the nation’s government.

They described the signing of the bill as a call to nation building.
