Manchester United is preparing to make heavy moves to boost their chances of dominating the Premier League next season.
With manager Jose Morinho still in the transfer market, the club could still make huge swoop for AC Milan’s Leonardo Bonucci, and Bayern Munich duo, Robert Lewandowsky and Thiago Alcantara.
Mourinho recently restated his desire to bring in at least, two more players before the transfer window closes after landing Diogo Dalot, Lee Grant and Fred.
Independent, UK, reports that United feel that it is possible to sign Bonucci from AC Milan and Bayern Munich duo, Lewandowski and Thiago.
Bonucci had also been linked with a return to Juventus after just one season at Milan.
Bayern have a new manager in Niko Kovac and Thiago is expected to have a prominent role in his team. And Bayern chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge ruled out the possibility of the midfielder leaving on Wednesday.
He said, “Thiago is an important player here, we have never expressed any thoughts that he is leaving the club, there has never been anything in the story.”
Lewandowski is one of the most prolific strikers in European football and his agent, Pini Zahavi said in May that the Poland star wanted to leave the Allianz Arena.
But the 29-year-old is understood to have had a change of heart and now wants to remain at Bayern.
In other news, Arsenal legend, Thierry Henry has verbally agreed to become Aston Villa’s manager.
