“Malian Spiderman” asked by Mali’s President to ditch his newly given French citizenship and return to Mali to become a Captain in their Army… Twitter reaction is hilarious!

President of Mali, Ibrahim Baoubacar Keita, has made a move most social media users are seeing as hilarious.

He has asked the famous African ‘Spider Man’,Mamoudou Gassama,  who was recently given French citizenship, to return to Mali and take up a job as a captain in the Malian Army.

Recall that Gassama is the immigrant who saved a boy by climbing a building in France as a result of which the French President, Emmanuel Macron, gave him French citizenship and a job in that county’s Fire service. That is what the Malian president has told him to forfeit after hearing about the incident.
