Campus radio is an important educational and social facility for campuses around the world. It prepares students with real-life experience. Most of these stations feature news shows, sports programmes, and public affairs broadcasts, which prepare students for careers in journalism, television, and more. Campus radio station undoubtedly allows students to receive important media experience they may not be able to find anywhere else on campus.
