Just In! Heavy Downpour Displaces Several Residents In Imo

A heavy downpour that lasted for about 12 hours has just ended in Imo State, leaving many residents of Owerri the capital city stranded. Most residential areas are currently flooded while those who managed to leave for work in the morning before the rain became difficult are trapped at their various destinations.
