Hola Amigos!

Cynthia Orji graduated from the Department of Mass Communication, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) in 2014. After her NYSC in Akwa Ibom state, she decided to become an entrepreneur and understudied experienced hands in the bread baking industry. Cynthia who was also an industrious lady while in school, did not take time to learn the skills and managerial insight required to excel in the bread making industry. Today she is the Chief Executive Officer of Mercy Bakery and Confectioneries, one of the fastest growing bread making companies in Anambra state with over 40 staff currently employed in the establishment. Cynthia has also become a motivational speaker and resource person in entrepreneurship skill acquisition workshops, teaching graduates and non-graduates on the need to look beyond white-collar jobs and begin something on their own. She teaches that small beginning lead to huge rewards.
