Finally? Anas Aremeyaw Anas The Ghanaian Investigative Journalist Takes Off His Mask For BBC (Video)

Remember him? Yes, that’s the guy! Anas Aremeyaw Anas, Ghana’s most feared investigative reporter known worldwide as The Masked Journalist.

Anas is seriously trending in Ghana currently. This is due to his recent yet-to-be-released report tagged number 12. It is to be premiered on June 6.

In the interview in Accra and which seems to have been taken some years back with the BBC’s Sammy Darko — Anas took off the hood that normally covered his face.

But his identity still remained hidden to the disappointment of those hoping to see his real face, Anas wore a prosthetic face mask.

Anas is noted for several investigative exposés which have uncovered some massive corruption in the county.

His latest investigation has uncovered massive corruption in the Ghana football administration.

Video snippets of the yet to be released investigation caused the President Akufo-Addo to lodge a complained to the criminal investigation department of the Ghana Police which led to the arrest of GFA President, Kwesi Nyantakyi.

The report is still generating tension in that country.
