This is the pedestrian bridge at MCC junction. It links Inland town side of Onitsha and Awada. Those who take that route know that the bridge is always busy, witnessing heavy human traffic especially in the evening time.
The bridge is gradually turning into a death trap. Parts of it are beginning to separate and this is definitely a sign poor construction work that was done there.
We are asking government and the contractors to do something there now. Fix the bridge before we start hearing terrible. It is presently a risk to pedestrian using it and motorists passing under it.
This is very dangerous infact it is a sucide mission for those taking that route. Govenment should reconstruct that bridge now before it is too late.
God forbid it won’t fall on anybody
this thing deserves urgent attention from the government house. meanwhile, people are advised to stay away from this cracked bridge. I mean now, drivers are equally advised to stop loading their cares from under the bridge.
I no go pass der again oo
