City Centre Road Closed As Man Climbs Roof Of Police Station

There was drama today in the UK after a man climbed the roof of a police station causing the closure of a major city centre road.

The road was temporarily blocked while police attempted to talk the man down from the roof of the or headquarters.

Telegraph & Argus reports that Nelson Street was blocked off around Trafalgar House Police Headquarters at 5.42pm today after a man climbed onto the roof of the building’s help desk section.

The area was sealed off while officers spoke to the man in an attempt to encourage him to climb down.

The man eventually came down around 6.30pm and was spoken to by officers who led him away.
