First Campus Radio Station in Nigeria

Unilag Radio is the first Campus radio station to receive a license. The station went on air in 2004. The license to operate a radio station was granted to the University of Lagos to operate a radio station in 2002 while the frequency of 103.1FM assigned to the institution in July 2003.
