Reports have it that members of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), today, embarked on a massive protest at the National Assembly, Abuja, disrupting activities at the hallowed chambers.

Punch reports that the protest was as a result of the non-recognition of the NANS president Mr. Chinoso Obasi, during the second anniversary of the National Assembly in Abuja on Friday. This angered the students’ body leading to the decision by members to regroup and storm the Assembly complex today.
