Banks invited to establish branches in COOU

More banks are invited to begin operations on the Igbariam and Uli campuses of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University. This was made known by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Fidelis Okafor during an interactive session with students recently in Uli.

Prof. Okafor promised to give such banks free land to build branch offices on any of the campuses.

This will go a long way in alleviating the challenges students encounter while doing business with the few banks on the campuses especially on Igbariam campus where there are only two banks with ATM machines that are more interested in swallowing people’s cards than releasing their money.

  2. Nice idea from the vice Chancellor because students in COOU are really suffering.
