In an audacious act that could be termed as utter disrespect to the dignity of the Permanent Voter’s Cards, some young men in Anambra State converted their cards to beer bottle covers to ward off flies at a local pub.
The faceless trio were pictured enjoying an Igbo local dish regarded as Ofe Nsala as the electioneering process commences. It is not clear if the youths will be participating in the election.
