Former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Professor Chukwuma Soludo has donated a solar-powered computer laboratory with 40 internet-enabled computers to Umeorji community primary school, Isuofia, Anambra State.
The primary school is owned by the state government and is located in Soludo’s village.
Soludo also engaged 13 adhoc teachers in the school and has been paying their salaries from his pocket.
But while handing over the complicated computer laboratory to the state government on Monday, July 24, Governor Willy Obiano who was impressed by what he saw, promised to engage 7 out of the 13 adhoc staff Soludo was paying their salaries.
This is a good move. When we see a good move we should shout it for other politicians to do same in their villages.
Jesus! this man sabi work jare…
