No 1 , community journalist deal only with grass root communities. And creates relationship between the people and the government. While other forms of journalism deals only with higher class citizens . Meaning they don’t get to the grass root .
2, a rural community is one that has a definite online/ offline geographical specification. With low pulpolation. Low educational background . And has a social contracting system ( meaning the way they so thing).
3, the major goal of a community journalist is to work as a middle man between the government and the civic community .
